About the Role The Assistant Store Manager supports store performance and the customer experience at the Tommy Hilfiger Florentia Village Outlet by leading the Sales Team, managing Back Office, Visual Merchandising, stock and Omnichannel activities, and partnering with the Store Manager to drive results. What You'll Do
- Lead, train, coach, and provide feedback to the Sales Team to uphold customer service standards and efficient time management
- Oversee Back Office, Visual Merchandising, stock and Omnichannel activities to optimize store organization
- Create a positive selling environment; set daily customer service goals and monitor KPIs
- Analyze sales performance using company reports; recommend action to improve trends
- Collaborate with In-Store Visual for effective display fittings and report on visual impact on sales
