We lead Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab within the new London Flagship, creating premium, personalised experiences that connect sport, culture and innovation. This role will drive the strategy and execution of Signature Services, partnering across store, city and EMEA teams to deliver consumer engagement, service excellence and business impact.
As an Assistant Store Manager – Signature Services you are:
- Develop and lead the Signature Services strategy across Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab, creating a seamless and differentiated consumer experience.
- Align store leadership, Athletes, Coaches, London city teams and EMEA partners around a shared vision for premium, personalised service.
