Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc Assist with daily retail operations, including consumer service, POS system management, stock room management and replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards
