About the Role We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Calvin Klein team at Westfield Doncaster, Australia on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will assist store leadership in delivering sales targets, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising to uphold brand standards. What You'll Do
- Support store leadership to achieve KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average dollar sale, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Lead, recruit, mentor and motivate a team; strong people management.
- Manage stock and implement visual merchandising; ensure impeccable presentation and stock accuracy.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive business improvements with an entrepreneurial mindset.
