About the Role Nike seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Foshan to lead the daily store operations, manage and develop the team, and help implement global and regional plans to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer and employee experiences. What You'll Do
- Lead daily/short-term planning with the team; manage staff and set individual goals; train employees and support their development; provide input on recruitment, performance reviews and recognition.
- Manage all daily activities within assigned store operations areas (inventory, product, and sales/service), including sales and service, staff selection and training, product, scheduling and operations management.
- Execute and maintain product displays and selling-area standards.
- Communicate promotional information and ensure maximum results from each promotion.
