About the Role Be part of an iconic story. The Assistant Store Manager helps drive store performance and the client experience, supporting the Sales Team, Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Omnichannel activities to keep the store a destination of choice. What You'll Do
- Support the District Manager/Store Manager in driving store performance and optimal Client Experience by training and coaching the Sales Team and sharing feedback.
- Manage Back Office, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Omnichannel activities; oversee selling process; create welcoming atmosphere; set daily customer service goals.
- Train and coach the team on standards including customer service, product placement and time management; monitor KPIs and analyze trends to identify improvement.
- Report and collaborate with In-Store Visual for display fittings; monitor impact of visual criteria on sales.
