About the Role Aldi US is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Saint Paul, MN to support daily store operations, drive performance, manage schedules, and develop the team through action plans and training opportunities. What You'll Do
- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure mutual understanding and desired results
- Identify training and development opportunities to help direct reports achieve enhanced performance
- Understand and model the company strategy and core values to foster teamwork
- Monitor the competitive environment and advise adjustments to maintain Aldi's competitive position
