An Assistant Store Manager at ALDI US supports the store leadership in daily operations, drives overall store performance, and develops the team through coaching and training. You’ll help manage schedules, execute operational action plans, and uphold ALDI’s core values to deliver a high-quality customer experience. This role may involve participating in the interviewing process for store personnel. What You'll Do
- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance performance
- Understand and model the company strategy and core values to foster teamwork
- Monitor the competitive environment and inform adjustments to maintain competitive position
