- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
- Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.

- Monitor the competitive environment and advise on adjustments to maintain competitive position.
- Provide product feedback on assortment decisions and participate in interviewing store personnel.
- Communicate weekly updates, milestones, developments, and concerns.
