About the Role As an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi US in Homewood, AL, you’ll support the direct leader in running day-to-day store operations, drive store performance, manage schedules, and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service. What You'll Do
- Assist the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
