The Assistant Project Manager (IT) will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of IT projects across the school, working onsite in Abuja and collaborating with the IT Manager and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, time, budget and the school's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion, developing schedules, work plans, and milestones.
- Monitor project performance against scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards; prepare status reports and maintain documentation.
- Liaise with school leadership, academic departments, administrative staff, vendors, and consultants throughout project lifecycles.
