Job Description
- Assist the Recreation Manager in overseeing daily operations of all recreational facilities, including swimming pools, beaches, and sea activities.
- Supervise and support lifeguards, beach boys, and recreation staff to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Coordinate and implement recreational activities and events to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Swissôtel’s standards at all recreational areas.
- Monitor the condition of recreational equipment and facilities, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide training and mentorship to recreation staff, ensuring exceptional guest service delivery.
- Assist in scheduling and managing lifeguard shifts to ensure proper coverage of swimming areas.
