This role blends operations, analytics, customer service, and resource management, with hands-on field presence and formal reporting to drive performance. What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations of resident issues including contractor coordination, fire alarm follow-ups, lockouts, wellness checks coordination, and conference support.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects while working under functional direction; coordinates operational details with internal teams related to arrivals, departures, key dates, and emergency contact protocols.
