Purpose To drive trade development initiatives by managing distributor networks, expanding market coverage, enhancing route-to-market effectiveness, and improving sales performance to achieve revenue growth and market penetration objectives within assigned territories.
The job
- Manage and develop relationships with Key Distributors (KDs) to drive sales growth and market expansion.
- Execute trade development strategies that support the achievement of sales volume and revenue targets.
- Lead direct-to-retail redistribution activities through effective coordination of van sales and open market sales operations.
- Ensure compliance with route planning processes, sales operating procedures, and the effective use of sales automation tools.
