About the Role Kwik Trip's Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail/food location. This role leads a team, ensures daily operations run smoothly, and upholds food safety, inventory control, and financial performance. What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Be willing to work in the kitchen and maintain food safety
- Manage ordering and inventory control
- Handle P&Ls and financial performance
- Clean and stock the store and maintain a welcoming environment
- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location What We're Looking For
