Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip location. This role leads store operations, staff supervision, and profitability goals, ensuring a clean, inviting store and excellent guest experiences at our Northfield location. What You'll Do

Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers

Be willing to work in the kitchen; ensure food safety and sanitation

Manage ordering and inventory control

Oversee P&Ls and store financials
