About the Role Assistant Manager at Kwik Trip oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location. This role combines people leadership with operations, financial accountability, and guest experience to ensure a safe, clean, and profitable store. Works with a team to deliver great service. What You'll Do
- Manage daily store operations and lead the team to deliver great guest service
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Be willing to work in the kitchen and ensure food safety
- Handle ordering, inventory control, and P&Ls
- Maintain a clean, inviting store and accurate stocking
- Monitor performance and mentor team members
- Typical schedule is 45 hours over a 5-day work week; overtime paid at time and a half for hours over 40 What We're Looking For
