- Oversee all aspects of running a retail/food location
- Hire, train, and schedule 20-60 coworkers
- Work in the kitchen as needed
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Manage ordering, inventory control, and P&Ls
- Maintain cleaning and stocking to keep store inviting What We're Looking For

- Strong problem solving and ability to shift priorities quickly
