About the Role As Assistant Manager–Recruitment at IBM Consulting, you will partner with clients and IBM operations to design and deliver end-to-end talent sourcing and recruitment, developing a robust talent pool and driving sourcing strategy for a fast-paced delivery environment. You will collaborate with the client, IBM’s operations management, and staff to define, plan, and implement effective sourcing strategies. What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the sourcing lifecycle, ensure SLA adherence, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Conduct initial assessment of candidate suitability.
- Develop and apply new sourcing methods to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the business head to establish weekly/quarterly/yearly Global Delivery Center goals.
- Utilize ATS to screen candidates and apply detailed selection criteria to identify top talent.
