Job Description We are seeking an Assistant IT Manager to support the planning, operation, and continuous enhancement of information technology systems at Raffles The Red Sea. Working closely with the Director of IT and hotel leadership, this role ensures the reliability, security, and optimal performance of all IT infrastructure and systems—enabling seamless hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with Raffles brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of all hotel IT systems, including PMS, POS, networks, servers, telephony, Wi-Fi, and end-user devices.
- Assist in maintaining system availability, performance, and security across all hotel departments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
