About the Role The Mandeville School, part of the Insignis Academy Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher SENDCo (Mat cover) to join the Senior Leadership Team. This fixed-term, full-time role offers an opportunity to lead school improvement, influence teaching and learning, and support behaviour across the school, working alongside the Deputy Headteacher and wider SLT. What You'll Do
- Work alongside the Deputy Headteacher and wider Senior Leadership Team to create an environment where learning thrives and students maintain high standards of behaviour.
- Assist the Headteacher and Deputy Head in any aspect of their work and be a strong presence around the school.
- Contribute to strategic planning, routines, and effective communication to support the school’s improvement journey.
