This role assists in overseeing tee sheet management, golf shop operations, retail sales, instructional programming, tournament execution, and service standards while maintaining alignment with the luxury standards of Fairmont Grand Del Mar and The Grand Golf Club. The Assistant Golf Professional serves as a key operational leader and ambassador of the Club, ensuring efficient daily execution, strong communication across departments, and a high level of personalized service.
