Responsibilities
- Lead daily cross-functional operations across manufacturing, warehousing, procurement, and administrative functions to maximize efficiency and output.
- Manage operational budgets, control manufacturing costs, drive sales targets, and oversee financial reporting and profit/loss performance.
- Expand B2B, B2C, NGO/development partner, and retail distributor channels locally and internationally.
- Mentor, manage, and empower department heads and a diverse workforce while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s social impact mission.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, corporate partners, international distributors, and regulatory bodies.
