About the Role The Contract Enforcement Department of 32BJ SEIU is seeking a responsible and dedicated attorney to represent the Union in the grievance arbitration process. The role involves handling a rigorous, high-volume arbitration caseload, advising Union Representatives on contract interpretation questions, assisting with a variety of contract enforcement issues, and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. - A licensed attorney with at least three years of Union-side arbitration representation experience or other relevant litigation experience
