About the Role As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support daily management of our Food & Beverage operations at a Troon property, focusing on guest satisfaction, service quality, staff training, and operational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Assist in the management of daily functions of various Food and Beverage facets including but not limited to member/guest satisfaction and customer service, personnel training and development, menu mix, ordering, vendor relations and preference, food production, inventory, and catering functions.
- Regularly walks the dining room floor during meal service to interact with and develop rapport with members and guests, ensuring quality and execution according to standards.
- Supervises inventories of materials and supplies for the outlet(s). Maintains par levels based on facility needs.
