About the Role The Assistant Director of the Professional Advising and Coaching Team (P.A.C.T.) supports University Advisement initiatives aligned with Mercy's Strategic Plan. This role reinforces the advising mission through structured advising, actionable mentorship, proactive intervention, and a demonstrated standard of care for Mercy students. It collaborates with the Associate Director of University Advisement to ensure effective delivery of services to a diverse student population.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Associate Director with delegated team tasks and strategic initiatives
- Oversee daily operations of the PACT office, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of PACT mentors, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
