Compensation for this position is expected to range between $70,000.00 and $83,000.00 per year, in alignment with what California Baptist University (CBU) reasonably anticipates paying for this role. The final rate may vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and prevailing market conditions. In addition to competitive wages, CBU provides a comprehensive and generous benefits package to eligible employees.

The Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning assist in the oversight and management of the Athletic Performance Center and provides comprehensive coaching to improve athletic performance, decrease potential for injury, and improve general health and wellness for assigned sports teams.
