Assistant Director, Alumnae Engagement
About this role
Job Description
This position reports directly to the Director of Family Engagement and Giving and collaborates with the Senior Director of Alumnae/i Engagement as well as the Associate Director of Reunion Giving. The primary focus of this position is to translate student and young alumnae/i engagement into philanthropic support. Serving as a gift officer, this role will prioritize in-person donor visits and annual fund solicitations, while building a sustainable pipeline of engaged and giving alumnae/i.
With particular responsibility for reimagining the senior class gift initiative, the ideal candidate will connect student experiences to long-term giving, ensuring a strong foundation for future alumnae/i leadership and engagement with Alumnae/i Relations and Development.
