Position Overview
Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager who works closely with the Community Manager to ensure the smooth running and operation of the property and acts as the Community Manager in their absence. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for effectively computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the community's leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in preparing advertising materials. Assist in showing units and screening applicants. Maintain records of rental levels of comparable units in the surrounding area. Present creative leasing and marketing ideas. Maintain courteous communication with residents, applicants, and representatives of other companies.
