Assistant Coach - Women's Rowing
About this role
The Assistant Coach for Women's Rowing supports the Head Coach in all sport-related duties and reports to the Director of Athletics and Chair of Physical Education/Associate Athletic Director for administrative responsibilities. The position aims to support the women’s rowing program in alignment with Connecticut College standards and policies across College, departmental, conference NESCAC, and NCAA Division III levels. This is an on-campus role located in the athletic center in Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting a program that aligns with the mission and philosophy of Connecticut College, the department, NESCAC, and NCAA Division III.
- Prepare student-athletes for competition by planning and conducting a regular schedule of fitness training, sport skill practices, scouting, and competitions within NESCAC and NCAA regulations.
