About this role

This position will help lead the men's basketball program based around our athletic department core values.
Examples of Duties
Attract student-athletes who line up with our rigorous academic standards and core values
Practice and game planning execution
Daily practice plans
Innovative statistical analysis
Building a championship culture for the program
Creating/Coaching a full slate of college games in Florida
Lead player mentorship will work with the student-athletes and lead a mentorship program that will help our students
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
A program builder, strong communication and recruiting, strong organizational skills and a positive influence
