About the Role Assistant Cheer Coach will support Champion Force Athletics by coaching youth cheer programs, contributing to team development and competitions across the region. This onsite, part-time role emphasizes safe coaching, class preparation, and effective communication with students and families. What You'll Do
- Teach students
- Oversee check-ins and attendance
- Prepare and organize cheer classes and practice plans
- Dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for competitions What We're Looking For
- Willingness to coach children ages 4-15
- Pass background check
- Availability 1-2 evenings weekly and some weekends for competitions
- Prior cheer/gymnastics/dance experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-player; able to coach all levels of teams and classes Nice to Have
- Gymnastics background is a plus
