Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in weekly Food and Beverage meetings, maintaining confidentiality of discussions.
- Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager in managing the service of food and beverage within the lounge bar.
- Manage beverage and labour costs within budget.
- Ensure accurate and efficient beverage stock-taking at month-end.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils, and equipment used by the restaurant, bar, and room service.
