About the Role AvantStay is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager with day-to-day operations across AvantStay properties in the designated area. You will help deliver a superior guest experience by auditing properties, managing supplies, and addressing concerns promptly. This role requires residing near the market and frequent travel to sites within the area. What You'll Do
- Report to the local manager and, when needed, serve as market lead and personnel manager in the local manager's absence.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for property owners, communicating timely and reviewing owner distribution statements.
- Maintain AvantStay standards and metrics related to owner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the in-market team to train, coach, and evaluate field operations staff.
