About this role
About the Role Under broad direction from the Asset Manager and Operating Company, this role leads the Asset Operations Organization to improve planning, growth, profitability and efficiency of the asset. The role oversees field operations, guides the operations teams and field personnel to meet production, budget, schedule and HSE targets while ensuring compliance with laws, policies and contract provisions. What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the Asset Operations Organization, ensuring safe field operations and delivery of production, budget and schedule targets, in line with Halliburton, contract, and Operating Company requirements.
- Interface with Operating Company's representatives, regulators, unions and local community to communicate strategy, objectives and compliance; maintain regular liaison with regulators and stakeholders.
