About this role
An experienced Asset Officer (IT) to manage IT assets, inventory, and asset operations. Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate IT asset records and inventory. - Coordinate asset issuance, tracking, and reconciliation. - Ensure supplier deliveries meet quality, quantity, and pricing standards. - Update asset management systems and documentation. - Resolve asset-related service tickets within SLA. - Prepare weekly asset and inventory reports. - Support asset verification exercises and inventory audits. - Improve inventory accuracy through proper storage, labeling, and organization. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. - 5–8 years of experience in asset management, inventory, warehouse operations, or similar roles. - Strong knowledge of inventory control and asset tracking.
