About the Role The Assembly/Operator Associate is responsible for assembling reusable and recyclable packaging interiors (dunnage) using a variety of hand tools and equipment. This role supports production goals by ensuring all products meet safety, quality, and delivery standards, with assemblies that may include plastic corrugate and/or foam components. At ORBIS, our people come first, and this role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and career development across multiple work cells.
What You'll Do
- Assemble parts according to print drawings and work instructions.
- Insert completed assemblies into plastic containers.
- Perform self and peer quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Immediately report safety concerns or quality issues to the Cell Lead, Set-Up Technician, or Supervisor.
