About the Role Join Dana's Napoleon, Ohio brownfield plant startup as an Assembly Line Operator for axle assembly. You will perform repetitive line operations to assemble axles, uphold quality standards, and support safety and continuous improvement across the assembly line. What You'll Do
- Perform repetitive line operations to assemble axles
- Maintain the highest level of quality standards for our product
- Perform specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Leader
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and embody the Dana Operating System (DOS) to promote continuous improvement and inclusion across the plant
- Train and operate all work stations across the assembly line
- Follow all safety guidelines and advocate safety practices to the production staff
