Assembly Flex Line Leader - 1st Shift
Job Description
- Lead and support daily assembly department operations
- Establish production plan that relates to the actual shipping times
- Communicate and execute all change overs with General Associates and Finished Goods (FGA)
- All end of shift information is accurate and recorded
- Train and assist associates on departmental procedures and work instructions
- Complete required production quality and assist in troubleshooting process issues
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or assembly process experience
- Prior leadership or training experience
- Knowledge of quality systems and process controls

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
