About the Role The Assembler role is part of ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc.'s Assembly Team. As a FutureStarter, you’ll assemble and test hydraulic and electrohydraulic components for off-highway machines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment and ensuring parts meet specifications. What You'll Do
- Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, or other fasteners according to specifications.
- Use engineering prints/drawings, routing sheets, setting specifications, required hand tools and fixtures, and test benches to assist in assembly operations.
- Detect discrepancies in parts or documentation and address them.
- Assemble parts per print; package and move products to the backflushing area.
- Set up and test assembled products and sub-assemblies per specifications. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
