About the Role Join Johnson Controls as an Assembler - Panels in Nisku, Alberta. In this role you will assemble and inspect panel components as part of our manufacturing operations, contributing to quality products and on-time delivery. You will work in a hands-on production environment following safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Assemble panels and related subassemblies according to work orders and specifications.
- Use hand tools and assembly equipment; read drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
- Inspect parts for quality, document findings, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and continuous improvement goals.
- Follow Johnson Controls safety policies and participate in training.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
