About this role
About the Role Flowserve is seeking an assembler in Suzhou, China to support manufacturing operations. This is an individual contributor role within the Operations group, focused on assembling components in accordance with specifications and quality standards. What You'll Do
- Follow work instructions and assembly drawings to assemble mechanical components.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble and fit parts.
- Inspect components and completed assemblies for quality and identify defects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and adhere to safety policies.
- Document production activity and communicate issues to supervisor. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
