About the Role Sie arbeiten als Ärztin/Arzt im Institut für Strahlentherapie/Radioonkologie und sind verantwortlich für die medizinische Betreuung der Patientinnen. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, begleiten fachlich, optimieren Arbeitsabläufe und koordinieren mit externen Institutionen sowie niedergelassenen Ärztinnen und tragen zur Teamorganisation bei. What You'll Do
- Medizinische Betreuung der Patient*innen eigenverantwortlich mit fachlicher Begleitung durchführen
- Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen unterstützen und Verbesserungen umsetzen
- Koordination und Information extramuraler Institutionen (z. B. Sozialdienste) sowie niedergelassener Ärzt*innen
- Ärztliche Dekurse durchführen und administrative Kontrolle der Krankengeschichte übernehmen
- Aktiv in Team- und Abteilungsbesprechungen mitwirken und zur strukturierten Arbeitsorganisation beitragen What We're Looking For
