Role Purpose To provide assistance to passengers arriving with mishandled baggage, in line with the specific airline client requirements.
What you will be doing
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Make sure to perform the tasks to according to local procedures / SLAs.
- Responsible for communication with airlines and passengers.
- Ensure baggage belt are checked regularly during shift for lost baggage.
- Register bags according to SLA procedures.
