Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Locations: Enugu and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Lead, coach, and supervise a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Territory Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Ogun State territories
- Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
- Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales, volume, and prescription targets for assigned products
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis
- Training: Conduct field coaching, product training and sales presentations for the sales team
