Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Ensures area processes remain legally compliant. Formulate and execute area operational objectives. Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability. Ensure all targets of the area/region are met. Perform quality controls and monitoring activities. Supervise and mentor staff.
