Architect / Site Manager
SOW Real Estate is expanding its Port Harcourt operations and is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect/Site Manager to join our team. If you have a strong eye for design, hands-on site management experience, and a passion for delivering quality real estate developments, we want to hear from you. The Architect/Site Manager will be responsible for producing architectural designs and drawings, and overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are executed to specification, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and 3D renders for proposed developments
- Review and interpret building plans, structural drawings, and specifications
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and contractors
