The role supports a positive, productive retail environment and ensures guest satisfaction, optical team/doctor collaboration, and strong retention through a WOW experience. What You'll Do
- Drive profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and practicing effective sales skills.
- Develop professional business relationships with Team Members.
- Verify visual acuity; analyze and interpret prescriptions and lens design.
- Measure pupillary distances, bifocal, trifocal and progressive placements.
- Select and measure frame for facial contour, eye size, bridge size and temple length.
- Fit and adjust eyewear to the face and eyes.
- Dispense contact lenses.
