We are looking for an Appointment Setter to handle client enquiries, schedule consultations for prospective clients with Sales Representatives, and follow up on leads to support the sales pipeline in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Field basic questions and concerns about products and services.
- Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives.
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including unanswered attempts.
- Follow up on prospective clients who couldn’t be reached.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Professional and courteous disposition.
- Persuasive and results-oriented.
