About the Role Application Support Analyst, ServiceNow, responsible for RUN operations of Asset Management, Purchases and Finance modules. Ensures data reliability, service continuity and smooth financial processes, especially during closing periods. Acts as the functional support for Finance, Accounting and Purchasing teams.
What You'll Do
- Maintain operational readiness (MCO)
- Handle incidents, requests and anomalies
- Oversee asset, purchasing and financial flows
- Ensure data quality and consistency
- Track asset lifecycle
- Monitor purchase orders, receipts
- Support financial closes
- Analyze variances with ERP
- Provide Level 2/3 functional support
- Produce and validate reports
